It's going to be an odd week. Might be rain, might be sunny, but either way it's expected to be HOT! How about we take our chances and have another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, July 18th in Area 2.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of East Collins Avenue and east of the 55 Freeway.

Last year, there were 2,470 homes on the market, 1,998 fewer homes, or 45% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,370, or 39% extra. From January through April, 23% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 3,306 less.
