In February, there were 13% fewer homes that came on the market compared to the 3-year average prior to COVID (2017 to 2019), 416 fewer. Last ye ar, there were 2,349 homes on the market, 793 additional homes, or 51% more . · Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, increased by 89 pending sales in the past two weeks, up 4%, and now totals 2,284. Last year, there were 3,110 pending sales, 36% more than today .
