It looks like we have a warm week ahead of us. What better way to start summer than to have ourselves a yard sale? Let's get out, visit with the neighbors, and maybe re-home those things just collecting dust in the garage!

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, June 27th in Area 1.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Chestnut to Collins, East of the 55 Fwy to Wanda.

    Sounds like we will be enjoying June Gloom tomorrow morning. Not too bad for yard sale weather though. Now that most kids are out of school, what better time to make room for next year's school supplies? I say we do our best to keep cool, get outside, and clear some space by having another yard sale! Our next yard sale is tomorrow! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... Just call, text, or email.     The weather yesterday turned out to be warm and sunny and we also had a super turnout! Thanks to our 32 participants and to all of our attendees that made it such a great (beginning of summer) success! Our next yard sale will be on July 11th, in Area 7. Hope to see you all there!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less. Last year, there were 2,470 homes on the market, 1,998 fewer homes, or 45% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,370, or 39% extra. From January through April, 23% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 3,306 less.
