    Is it true? Is it really FRIDAY already! It sounds like we will have wonderful weather this weekend! How about we find out and have ourselves another yard sale!     It was a nice cool day today, perfect yard sale weather. While the nearby evacuation loomed over us, it was nice to have something to keep our minds distracted. Today's yard sale was a great success! Thanks to our 15 participants and our many shoppers! Our next yard sale is this Saturday June 27th in area 1. We are looking forward to seeing there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

Last year, there were 2,470 homes on the market, 1,998 fewer homes, or 45% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,370, or 39% extra. From January through April, 23% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 3,306 less.
