Yard Sale this Saturday, April 25th, in Area 9

                                                                   


I know it's a bit early to claim great weather for next weekend but only a small amount of rain is supposed to come in Tuesday and be gone by Friday. How about we cross our fingers, enjoy the fresh air, and have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, April 25th in Area 9.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Riverdale to Bixby, East of Orange Olive to Tustin.

Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Looks like there's more rain expected but not until tomorrow evening. So why not come out, visit with the neighbors, and join us for a yard sale?

    We were nervous yesterday morning when putting up signs, it started sprinkling but we powered through and Mother Nature was kind to us. We saw many shoppers yesterday! Thanks to our 16 participants and those shoppers that visited even though the weather changed later in the day! Our next yard sale is Saturday May 16th in the Vista Santiago area. We look forward to seeing you there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
