Yard Sale this Saturday, April 25th, in Area 9

                                                                   


I know it's a bit early to claim great weather for next weekend but only a small amount of rain is supposed to come in Tuesday and be gone by Friday. How about we cross our fingers, enjoy the fresh air, and have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, April 25th in Area 9.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Riverdale to Bixby, East of Orange Olive to Tustin.

Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
