Yard Sale this Saturday, April 18th, in Area 3

                                                                  


We have had several participants cancel due to the upcoming rain, so we have rescheduled the next yard sale.

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, April 18th in Area 3.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    There may be some Santa Ana winds coming in today and maybe more rain next week, but it sounds like tomorrow will be a nice warm day! So let's try again and have ourselves another yard sale! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... Just call, text, or email.     We had some lovely weather today and we also had a nice turnout! Thanks to all those that participated and to all of our attendees! Our next yard sale will be on April 25th, in Area 9. Hope to see you all there!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
