It sounds like we will have very warm weather tomorrow. How about we give it a go and have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, March 14th in Area 8.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    It sounds like we will have warm weather tomorrow, but maybe a bit windy. How about we give it a go and have ourselves another yard sale? Our next yard sale is tomorrow!     The weather was wonderful yesterday, while the yard participation was small, we had many shoppers visit making the yard sale a great success! Thanks to our 7 participants and our many shoppers! Our next yard sale is this Saturday April 11th in area 3. We are looking forward to seeing there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
