Yard Sale this Saturday, March 7th, in Area 8

                                                                 


I'm hearing rumors that things will be heating up by next Saturday! How about we all get out of our stuffy houses and enjoy the fresh air? While we are at it, why don't we have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, March 7th in Area 8.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
