Looks like we will have a sunny weekend. How about getting out and visiting with your neighbors and maybe even make some extra money?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, February 28th in Area 2.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of East Collins Avenue and east of the 55 Freeway.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Can you believe it's Friday already, I sure can't! Rumor has it that tomorrow will be sunny and warm so please hydrate, enjoy the weather, and come join us for another yard sale!     We had wonderful weather yesterday and we also had an awesome turnout! Thanks to all those that participated and to all of our attendees! Our next yard sale will be on March 7th, in Area 8. Hope to see you all there!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
