Our friendly neighborhood meteorologist says we will have nice weather this weekend! How about we all get out, enjoy the fresh air, and have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, August 16th in Area 8.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    I'm hearing that tomorrow will be cool and maybe even a bit misty, perfect yard sale weather! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... Just call, text, or email.     The weather was nice and cool yesterday and we had a great turnout! Thanks to all those that participated and to all our attendees! Our next yard sale will be on September 6th, in Area 3. Hope to see you all there!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
