Yard Sale this Saturday, July 12th, in Area 7

                                                               


Well we've had some wonderful weather the past few weeks! How about we get out of the house and enjoy some fresh air? While we're at it, lets have ourselves another yard sale!

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, July 12th in Area 7.

That's any family living in the neighborhood North of Meats, South of Lincoln, between Orange Olive and Canal.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Is it true? I've heard a rumor that it's FRIDAY! Not only THAT but it sounds like we will have wonderful weather this weekend! How about we find out and have ourselves another yard sale! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... Just call, text, or email.     While it wasn't as sunny as I expected it to be, yesterday's yard sale was a huge success! Thanks to all of our 32 participants and our many shoppers! Our next yard sale is this Saturday July 19th in area 2. We are looking forward to seeing there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
