Yard Sale this Saturday, March 22nd, in Area 8

                                                             


Wow, the weather has been crazy! The rain stopped just long enough for last week's yard sale and it sounds like the same will happen this weekend! Why not come on out between rain storms and join us for a yard sale?

Our next yard sale is scheduled for this weekend. That's this Saturday, March 22nd in Area 8. That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Well the meteorologist has promised us a sunny weekend! How about we all step outside and enjoy the sunshine tomorrow and have ourselves a yard sale! There's still time to join in on the fun.     Yesterday, the weather was nice and cool which brought out many customers. Thanks to all those that participated and to all our attendees! Our next yard sale will be on April 12th, in Area 3. Hope to see you all there!

In October, 21% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 743 less. Yet, 486 more sellers came on the market this October compared to October 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,309 homes on the market , 1,049 fewer homes, or 31% less . The 3-year average (2017 to 2019) was 5,359, or 60% extra.
