Yard Sale this Saturday, March 15th, in Area 2

                                                            


Rumor has it, it's going to be raining pretty heavy today but the Meteorologist is promising that Saturday will be dry and sunny. So let's keep our fingers crossed and have ourselves a yard sale!

The next yard sale is this Saturday, March 15th in Area 2. That's any family living in the neighborhood South of East Collins Avenue and east of the 55 Freeway.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Wow, I was starting to worry. We have had SO MUCH rain the past couple days, but it looks like tomorrow will actually be a nice sunny day! Why not put away that umbrella and step outside and join us for a yard sale? Our next yard sale is tomorrow! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... In October, 21% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 743 less. Yet, 486 more sellers came on the market this October compared to October 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,309 homes on the market , 1,049 fewer homes, or 31% less . The 3-year average (2017 to 2019) was 5,359, or 60% extra.
