Yard Sale this Saturday, February 1st, in Area 7

                                                           


So glad we finally had some rain, to help our fire fighters in Southern California! It sounds like the rain will pass through before the weekend. Why don't we get out, enjoy some fresh air (thanks to the storm), and have ourselves a yard sale!

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, February 1st in Area 7. That's any family living in the neighborhood North of Meats, South of Lincoln, between Orange Olive and Canal.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Wow, is it really Friday already? We did have a few wet days this week but the meteorologist is promising a dry weekend. How about we step outside, visit the neighbors, and have ourselves a yard sale! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up... Just call, text, or email.     Yesterday was a wonderful day, and we had a great turn out! Thanks to all of our 17 participants and our many shoppers! Our next yard sale is next Saturday March 15th in area 2. We look forward to seeing you there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

In October, 21% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 743 less. Yet, 486 more sellers came on the market this October compared to October 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,309 homes on the market , 1,049 fewer homes, or 31% less . The 3-year average (2017 to 2019) was 5,359, or 60% extra.
