Can you believe it? Our next and LAST yard sale of the 2024 season is this Saturday October 5th in Area 6.

That is any family living in the neighborhood South of Meats to Taft, East of Shaffer to Tustin.

    Can you believe it? Tomorrow is the last yard sale of the 2024 season! Rumor has it, it's going to be a very warm weekend. So why not come out, enjoy the sunny, warm weather, and join us for another yard sale? But please, stay hydrated! There's still time to join in on the fun. It's not too late to sign up...     Oh no, is it true? We've reached the end of the 2024 yard sale season! Thanks to all our participants and shoppers that made our last yard sale of the 2024 season a wonderful success! In August, 31% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 1,083 less. Yet, 300 more sellers came on the market this August compared to August 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,385 homes on the market , 1,214 fewer homes, or 34% less . The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,569, or 83% extra. Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, plunged by 124 pending sales in the past two weeks, down 8%, and now totals 1,470, its largest drop of the year. David Deem Broker Associate 714-997-3486 Dave@DeemTeam.com The active listing inventory in the past couple of weeks jumped by 319 homes, up 10%, and now sits at 3,371, its highest level since November 2022. It was the largest two-week climb so far this year. In June, 34% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 1,323 less. Yet, 254 more sellers came on the market this June compared to June 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,389 homes on the market , 982 fewer homes, or 29% less . The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,776, or 101% extra, a little more than double. Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, decreased by 93 pending sales in the past two weeks, down 6%, and now totals 1,531, its lowest level since February.
