Where did the summer go?

Children are headed back to school already!

Sounds like a good time to clear some space for the new school year, so how about a yard sale?

Our next yard sale is scheduled for this weekend. That's this Saturday, August 24th in Area 8. That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    TGIF, everyone! Sounds like the weather will be cooling off soon. Why don't we have ourselves another yard sale? Our next Yard Sale is tomorrow, Saturday 24, 2024 in Area 8!     The weather was wonderful yesterday! Many shoppers turned out making the yard sale a great success! Thanks to our 20 participants and many shoppers! Our next yard sale is Saturday September 14th in area 3. We look forward to seeing you there! And remember... We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

In August, 31% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 1,083 less. Yet, 300 more sellers came on the market this August compared to August 2023. Last ye ar, there were 2,385 homes on the market , 1,214 fewer homes, or 34% less . The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,569, or 83% extra. Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, plunged by 124 pending sales in the past two weeks, down 8%, and now totals 1,470, its largest drop of the year. In October, 36% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 1,093 less. Last ye ar, there were 3,581 homes on the market , 1,085 more homes, or 43% higher . The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 5,822, or 133% more, more than double. ·        Demand, the number of pending sales over the prior month, decreased by 61 pending sales in the past two weeks, down 5%, and now totals 1,223. Last year, there were 1,202 pending sales, 2% fewer than today .
