Last year, there were 3,516 homes on the market, 587 fewer homes, or 14% less. The 3-year average (2017-2019) was 5,822, which is 42% higher. From January through October, 26% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average (2017-2019), 9,170 less.
