Last year, there were 3,048 homes on the market, 1,846 fewer homes, or 38% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,633, which is 36% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less. Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. Last year, there were 2,470 homes on the market, 1,998 fewer homes, or 45% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019) was 6,370, or 39% extra. From January through April, 23% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017 to 2019), 3,306 less.
