Yard Sale this Saturday, April 11th, in Area 3

                                                                  


We have been watching the news for a week. We've heard it will be warm, then sprinkling, then raining. Only time will tell. If it looks like rain on Friday, we will reschedule for the following Saturday.

Our next yard sale is this Saturday, April 11th in Area 3.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of Lincoln to Fletcher, East of Batavia to Orange Olive.

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
