Yard Sale this Saturday, September 6th, in Area 3

                                                                 


Our friendly neighborhood meteorologist says that this Saturday will be sunny and warm! How about we catch some rays and have ourselves another yard sale?

Our next yard sale is Saturday, September 6th in Area 3.

That's any family living in the neighborhood South of East Taft Avenue  to East Katella Avenue, East of North Glassell Street to North Tustin Street.


Looking forward to seeing you there! And remember, We not only host yard sales, we also sell houses!

    Can you believe it's Friday already, I sure can't! I've heard that the expected warm weather will be cooling down by tomorrow. Let's find out for ourselves and have another yard sale!     The weather yesterday was perfect yard sale weather, sunny but not too hot. Maybe it had to do with being the holiday week but our turnout was not as busy as it has been lately. Hopefully our next yard sale will be busier. Thanks to all that participated and to all our attendees! Our next yard sale will be on September 13th in Area 9. Hope to see you there!

Last year, there were 2,786 homes on the market, 1,859 fewer homes, or 40% less. The 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019) was 6,501, which is 40% higher. From January through May, 25% fewer homes came on the market compared to the 3-year average before COVID (2017-2019), 4,585 less.
