FHFA Index: Home Prices Rise 0.3 Percent

From Jan. to Feb. 2019, home prices rose 0.3 percent, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency's (FHFA) Home Price Index (HPI). From Feb. 2018 to Feb. 2019, home prices rose 4.9 percent. Based on Census division:
